Short guide. If you skip the slash, type the email “however you like”, or stay on an ancient phone, the flow will not start. That is not a bot bug.

Why this is needed

Boosty linking lets the system see your real subscription tier and grant access. A message to admin saying “but I am subscribed” instead of these steps does not count.

Two working methods

Method 1. Command

  1. Open the bot: @Heron_OAuthbot
  2. Send exactly this:
/boosty

Not boosty. Not Boosty. Not бусти. Not / boosty.
The slash / is required and must sit directly in front of the word, with no space.

Method 2. Via the menu

  1. In the bot open Settings
  2. Tap Boosty
  3. Confirm Yes
  4. The same flow starts

If someone types boosty without a slash and also ignores Settings, they have used neither method.

What the bot will ask next

1. Email — read this twice

Enter the exact email linked to your Boosty account.

Rules that break verification if ignored:

  • lowercase only: name@gmail.com, not Name@Gmail.com
  • no spaces at the start, at the end, or in the middle
  • no extra characters: no quotes, commas, trailing dots, emoji, or line breaks
  • no commands together with the email: do not send /start, /boosty, check this, or here is my mail:
  • one line, one address, nothing else

One wrong character or an extra space means the email is treated as different. The bot will not guess.

2. Subscription tier

Select the tier you actually have right now.
Claiming a higher fake tier is a bad idea. There will be serious consequences.

3. Date of birth

Needed for future rewards and the Event Calendar. Optional, but no date means no gifts.

If you “cannot log in”

Check the device first, not the bot:

  • the phone/tablet is too old, Telegram is stripped down, the keyboard auto-inserts capitals, spaces, or smart quotes;
  • there is no normal Settings menu;
  • the message is going to the wrong chat.

What to do: open the same bot from another device — another phone, a tablet, Telegram Desktop, or the web version. Type the email again by hand, lowercase, with no autocorrect.

Do not send boosty twenty times from the same broken input.

After you submit

The link is generated immediately. Final data review still needs an operator. Wait for the bot reply. Do not spam the same line.

Checklist before messaging an admin

  • you opened exactly @Heron_OAuthbot
  • you sent /boosty with the slash or used Settings → Boosty → Yes
  • the email is lowercase, with no spaces or junk
  • you selected your real tier
  • if input looked weird, you tried another device
  • you have a screenshot, not the sentence “I already did everything”
