Community Rules, Support, and Our Official Position
HeheSTL is a pragmatic project. We provide access to a huge database in exchange for decent behavior and support of the platform.
Support policy
- Support is not your personal 3D-printing consultant. Google general questions or ask AI models.
- Answers to 99% of questions are already in our Wiki (
@wikihehe). - Vague, pointless requests and messages from users who aren’t subscribed to the info channels are handled with low priority or ignored.
- Ban from support: Issued for 5–10 identical requests per month. This creates excess load. The right to contact support is restored with a long paid subscription.
Community rules and bans
- AI-generated junk: Publishing AI-generated 3D models is punished with a permanent ban with no right of reinstatement.
- Parasitism: The community lives on exchange. Constant consumers who bring no value (no posts, no sharing, no helping others) get help only on a paid basis.
- Toxicity: Constant complaining, stirring up conflicts, and inappropriate behavior lead to removal from the grid.
- Model requests: Available free inside the subscription, or for a small fee via special buttons on the channels.
Our official position
- We are completely indifferent to internal conflicts between users and other groups.
- We do not participate in any private community and consider independence our main advantage.
- Any closed private group objectively falls short of HeheSTL public channels in file volume, structure, and update speed.
- On “exclusivity”: This is just a marketing term. All content here is pirated. Its quality ranges from professional to very low, regardless of the original asking price.
