How to Search for Models and Navigate the Channel Grid

Our grid is constantly being rebuilt. We archive old content, rename channels, and repack databases. If a channel disappeared — that is a normal reorganization process.

Quick search tools

• Telegram search: Enter the exact model name.
• Emoji markers: Use 🔝 or 🌙 to filter our channels.
• Hashtags: Search by tags in the format #hehe20, #hehe30, #hehe40.
• Our bot: Use @hehe20sub for navigation.
• Fandom search: Combine character and universe tags (for example: #Asuna #sao or #Asuna #BlueArchive).

Solving access problems

• Link doesn’t work: Renew your subscription via the button in the main navigation channel.
• Access didn’t return after payment: Processing happens in manual or semi-automatic mode. Frequent unsubscribes and resubscribes only increase wait time. Just wait.
• Asynchronous updates: We update the system in stages (archives ➔ names ➔ tags ➔ repacking). This takes time, so information in different places may not update at the same time.
